Description

• Multi-Function - Crush, liquefy and administer solid medication in 1 continuous operation. Do not crush enteric coated tablets.
• Easy to Use - Drop meds into syringe and crush by twisting the plunger into the syringe, aspirate liquid, shake the syringe to mix the medication with the liquid, then dispense liquified medication.

Directions for use
1. Remove the cap and plunger from the barrel.
(Do not recap during the pulverization step(s).)
2. Hold the barrel horizontally, then place the tablet into the barrel.
3. Replace the plunger and point the spout upwards.
IMPORTANT: Be sure the tablet does not get lodged in the spout opening.
4. Push the plunger to contact the tablet. Twist to pulverize.
5. Aspirate approximately 30cc of liquid.
IMPORTANT: Pull plunger back 1" to create an air pocket.
6. Cover the tip with the cap and shake vigorously.
7. Dispense the medication.

IMPORTANT: If residue is left, repeat steps 5 - 7. CAUTION NOTES:
1. Not intended for use with hazardous drugs.
2. Cannot be used with an IV line.
3. Some medications should not be crushed.
