Return Policy
In most cases, items shipped from MedstatSupplies.com, including MedSTAT Warehouse, may be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Drop ship and special order items are not eligible for return. If you have questions about a specific product, we encourage you to reach out to your account manager prior to purchase.
We stand behind our products and will work diligently to rectify any issues.
All order discrepancies will be thoroughly investigated and rectified in a timely manner; your cooperation to gather evidence may be required.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery as determined by tracking information.
- If the order is determined to be eligible for a return, all returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA date and be returned in a resalable condition to be eligible for refund
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used due to health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective, expired or damaged upon arrival.
- No item may be returned for replacement or refund without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For health and safety reasons, all OTC products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective, expired or damaged upon arrival.
- Food items, short-dated items and personal items are not returnable or refundable.
- Non-stock and Drop Shipped items may not be eligible for return or refund.
Defective or Damaged Products:
- If you receive a defective, expired or damaged OTC product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.
- We may require photographs and/or a description of the defect or damage to process your request.
- MedSTAT or carrier failures will be corrected at no charge to the customer.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Experience team at (706)858-6260 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) case number and Return Shipping Label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return item to the address provided by our Customer Experience team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee, unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of RMA date and be returned in a resalable condition to be eligible for refund

Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 10 days.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 30% restocking fee may apply for certain returns.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges for OTC products. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Exceptions:
- Our return policy may be subject to change or exceptions at our discretion, particularly in cases of extenuating circumstances or regulatory requirements.
