• Return Policy: Following the manufacturer's policy for dispensing pumps, MedSTAT puts forth the following:
• Dispensing Pumps listed on our site not indicated for use with Methadone; such use voids the warranty.
• Once put into service dispensing Methadone or any other non-indicated substance, Bottle-top Dispenser Pumps are non-returnable.
• Returns are allowed for pumps in new, unused condition with all original packaging; or if damage in transit can be proven.
• Defects and Malfunctions occurring after unit has been in service should be addressed with the manufacturer's Technical Department (referenced in the User Manual).

Although it is common practice to use this and similar pumps in Methadone dispensing, at this time there are no known manual pumps on the market that are indicated for use with Methadone, and there are no known manufacturers that will warrant such items for use in Methadone dispensing.
